Civic Holiday is on Monday, August 3, in Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Whitby, Clarington, and the whole Durham Region. In Oshawa, it’s known as Mc Laughlin Day.
Most stores will be open on Monday since it’s a government holiday but not a statutory one.
