UPDATE – The shelter-in-place order has been lifted for the Town of Tillsonburg. Oxford OPP reports that the area around Lisgar Ave has been cleared and there’s no longer a threat to public safety. One individual is in custody, and the investigation is still underway. — TILLSONBURG – The Oxford OPP are currently conducting an active investigation. There is a higher police presence in the Lisgar Ave area. Authorities are advising residents to secure their windows and doors. More updates will be shared as information becomes available.
