A motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle accident on Sunday morning at an intersection in Oakville, according to Halton Police.

The crash occurred around 9 a. m. at the intersection of Trafalgar and Burnhamthorpe Rd, police spokesperson Ryan Anderson stated in an email.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, Anderson mentioned.
Authorities couldn’t confirm the age or gender of the deceased rider. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries that aren’t life-threatening.
Roads at Trafalgar Road and Burnhamthorpe Road have since been reopened.
Halton Police are still investigating the incident, Anderson said.
