Shane Marshall, a 29-year-old from St. Thomas, Ontario, has been charged with making threats to kill, specifically aimed at Prime Minister Mark Carney through social media. This situation comes after Marshall was previously convicted for throwing gravel at former Prime Minister Justin Trudeau during an election event on September 6, 2021, at a craft brewery in London. During his latest court session at the Ontario Court of Justice in St.

Thomas, Marshall was granted a $5,000 no-deposit bail with strict conditions, which include not contacting Carney or any members of federal or provincial legislatures and being barred from entering Ottawa or using social media. The next court date for disclosures is scheduled for July 7. UL Lawyers Legal Team can assist in understanding these legal matters.
