Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – February 18, 2026) – Delta Resources Limited DLTA (OTC Pink: DTARF) (FSE: 6GO1) (“Delta” or “the Company”) is excited to share assay results from the last two holes of its Fall 2025 drilling campaign and to announce the start of a detailed preliminary metallurgical testing program at the Delta-1 Project in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Highlights:
4.18 g/t Au over 17.7 metres in hole D1-25-1450.91 g/t Au over 16.1 metres in hole D1-25-146Start of a detailed preliminary metallurgical test program
The drill holes aimed to assist early technical evaluations through infill drilling while also supplying new material for the metallurgical test work program. The holes were strategically placed within the center of the Eureka Gold Deposit for this dual purpose (Figure 1). The findings confirm that mineralization continues laterally between previous drill holes, which is an important step in boosting confidence in the mineralization as the Company works to de-risk the Eureka Gold Deposit.
Assay results show 4.18 g/t Au over 17.7 metres, 0.74 g/t Au over 11.7 metres, and 0.89 g/t Au over 13 metres in hole D1-25-145, along with 0.91 g/t Au over 16.1 metres and 1.14 g/t Au over 7.3 metres in hole D1-25-146 (Table 1). Both holes were drilled about 40 metres from the nearest completed hole before this one. Nearby intercepts from past Delta drilling include figures like 5.92 g/t Au over 31 metres (D1-22-018) and also a substantial result of 1.79 g/t Au over a length of 128.5 metres (D1-23-060).
Additional material for metallurgical testing was obtained from available coarse assay rejects from earlier drill programs. For a complete table detailing results from the Fall 2025 drill program, please see Table 2.

[and so on..] Delta has enlisted Joe Milbourne, FAus IMM, SME Senior Member, to provide internal technical oversight and guidance for this metallurgical testing program. Their expertise spans more than fifty years across metallurgy, mineral processing, and project evaluation related to technical aspects with extensive involvement in exploration and development-stage mineral projects. He’s acting as a technical advisor for us but isn’t considered an independent Qualified Person per National Instrument 43 -101. Ron Kopas, Chief Executive Officer of Delta (interim), shared: “The launch of this thorough initial phase of metallurgical tests marks an essential progression for advancing both the Delta -1 Project and particularly pushing forward with activities related to exploring further into our Eureka Gold Deposit. The outcomes are anticipated to give critical insights regarding physical properties, recovery characteristics, and processing options that will inform future economic studies while continuing our efforts to mitigate risks tied to this project. We’re thrilled about collaborating with Mr. Milbourne. His broad experience will enhance guidance and oversight concerning our ongoing test work.” p > ” The infill drilling helps us better define areas where we can start mining higher-grade gold near surface within our Eureka Gold Deposit as we push ahead with various aspects of this project while working on expanding what we can achieve at Delta -one through ongoing exploration efforts,”said Kopas. p >
