PowerCo begins development on Canada largest EV battery plant in St Thomas

Foundations underway by Canadian-owned Magil Building Canada Inc., together with three main buildings totaling 850,000 sq. toes

Gigafactory to supply PowerCo’s modern battery know-how, establishing Canada as a worldwide EV provide chain chief

ST. THOMAS, ONTARIO – Tuesday October 28, 2025 – PowerCo Canada in the present day marked a pivotal milestone in its St. Thomas gigafactory venture, celebrating the beginning of development on three main buildings.
