Physical travel agencies are showing that personal service still matters, even as the world becomes more digital.
Friesen Travel Group is responding to this trend by expanding its presence in Southwestern Ontario with a brand new Expedia Cruises retail location in St. Thomas.
This new agency, located at 310 Wellington Street, Unit 5, represents the 18th branch for the travel group in Ontario.
Under the Expedia Cruises name, this location will give travelers direct access to Vacation Consultants who can help with cruise bookings, all-inclusive resorts, flights, hotels and travel insurance.
The company mentioned that the new office is designed to be a modern and inviting space where residents of St. Thomas can get personalized vacation planning services right in their neighborhood.
