(Tessa Bennett/CHCH News) Team Rubicon Canada, a partner of Ontario Corps, is stepping in to help with recovery efforts in St. Catharines following heavy rains that led to significant flooding in the area. Starting Tuesday, Team Rubicon Canada sent volunteers to remove debris, flooring, drywall, and other items damaged by the flood.
