Eleven Buildings Remain in Portfolio

TORONTO, Aug. 19, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Austin Roofing & Waterproofing Incorporated, Canada’s largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, has wrapped up the second phase of its ambitious twenty-six (26) building storage facility restoration project with the successful completion of another ten steel-roofed buildings located in St. Catharines, Ontario.

This achievement marks another important step in what has become Canada’s largest steel roof restoration portfolio, which includes Hamilton, St. Catharines, and Niagara Falls. The recently completed site in St. Catharines highlights Austin Roofing’s expertise in managing multi-building restoration tasks while adhering to strict quality control and timelines.

Since its establishment in 1985, Austin Roofing has installed and restored millions of square feet of roofing systems for commercial and industrial clients across Canada. Today, the company remains at the forefront of the industry as a leader in fluid-applied roofing technologies and engineered steel roof restoration solutions.

“The completion of our St. Catharines location is a significant milestone for our entire team,” said Patrick Austin, President of Austin Roofing & Waterproofing. “Every successful project showcases the hard work, skill, and professionalism of our staff. Finishing another ten individual steel-roofed buildings swiftly, safely, and exceeding industry quality standards is recognized around the world.”

With both Niagara Falls and St. Catharines locations now finalized, Austin Roofing is moving forward with construction on the remaining buildings within Hamilton as part of their twenty-six-building portfolio.

“This project shows what can be achieved when skilled individuals, reliable systems, and thorough planning come together,” Patrick added. “Projects like this require excellent coordination among our project managers, field supervisors, restoration experts, safety coordinators, and installation teams. Our commitment to quality keeps positioning Austin Roofing as Canada’s leader in roof restoration and coatings. For decades now we’ve stayed true to our mission while continuing to deliver on that promise.”
