Today’s School Bus Service in Simcoe County Cancelled

Today’s School Bus Service in Simcoe County Cancelled

This morning, the Simcoe County Student Transportation Consortium announced that all school buses across every zone in Simcoe County have been cancelled. The cancellations are due to unsafe road conditions and poor visibility.

The following zones are affected:

North – Elmvale, Midland, Penetanguishene, and Orillia West – Collingwood, Stayner & Wasaga Beach Central – Barrie, Innisfil & Angus South – Alliston, Beeton, Bradford, Cookstown & Tottenham

Schools will remain open for student learning.

All buses cancelled to Dundalk, Flesherton, Markdale & Maxwell. Schools include: Beavercrest, Dundalk & Proton, Grey Highlands Secondary, Highpoint, Macphail Memorial, Osprey Central.

Additionally, all buses are cancelled into Meaford & Thornbury. Schools affected are: Beaver Valley and Georgian Bay.
