A 47-year-old man from Windsor is facing charges following a crash in Kingsville that sent another man to the hospital on Saturday night.

The Ontario Provincial Police stated that the two-vehicle accident occurred just before 11 p. m. at the intersection of County Road 20 and Mc Cain Side Road.

One driver, a 65-year-old man, was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The other driver was arrested and charged with driving while impaired, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, and operation causing bodily harm. He also received a 90-day license suspension, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days.

In an unrelated case, OPP charged another Windsor driver with impaired operation over the weekend after receiving a traffic complaint in Lakeshore. This driver is set to appear in court in September to respond to the charges.
