Two upcoming debates in Peterborough upfront of the February twenty seventh provincial election will concentrate on two necessary points in the neighborhood: housing and homelessness and the economic system.

The United Approach of Peterborough & District, One Metropolis Peterborough, the Analysis for Social Change Lab at Trent College, and All Saints’ Anglican Church have partnered to host an all-candidates debate on homelessness from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday (February 12) at All Saints’ Anglican Church at 235 Rubidge Road in Peterborough.

Based on a media launch from the United Approach, all registered candidates within the Peterborough-Kawartha electoral district have been invited to take part.

It is critical that all candidates of each respective political party speak directly to this crisis.”
