Ontario Provincial Police report that they’ve found a chop shop just north of Peterborough with over a dozen stolen vehicles taken apart.

Peterborough County OPP started an investigation after getting a tip on January 29 about a possible stolen vehicle at a business property in Buckhorn, which is about 30 km north of Peterborough.

Officers visited the location and discovered that an attached unit was being rented.

The following day, officers carried out a search warrant on the leased section and uncovered multiple stolen newer-model cars that had been disassembled, cut into pieces, and packaged for shipment.
