An Ontario man is facing several charges related to a child luring investigation, and police believe there could be additional victims.

Authorities reported they are looking into multiple cases where a man approached young girls in public and handed them “sexually explicit notes.”

The events took place from July 10 to July 16 at Lansdowne Place Mall and the Prince of Wales School property located near Monaghan Road and Sherbrooke Street.

The Peterborough police started their investigation after receiving a report about one incident on July 16, which led them to uncover several others.

Police were able to identify a suspect and arrested him on Friday.

Scott Andrew Duncan, 43, from the Township of Cavan-Monaghan, faces three counts of invitation to sexual touching, four counts of criminal harassment involving threatening conduct, three counts of luring a person under 16, and one count of making sexually explicit material available.

Police have released photos of the suspect as they believe there may be other victims who have not yet come forward.
