An Ontario Provincial Police officer stopped a driver for the third time in two years this week, this time for driving alone within the Excessive Occupancy Automobile lane in Ottawa’s west finish.


Police say an officer on patrol Friday morning noticed a driver going 139 km/h within the HOV lane on Freeway 417.


“The motive force was additionally alone within the truck!” OPP stated in a social media submit.


“This driver has been stopped 3 times up to now two years by the identical officer!”
