Pat White, an entrepreneur who launched a Gander-based airline firm into Newfoundland and Labrador skies and helped prepare regional pilots, has died.
White, CEO and president of Exploits Valley Air Providers (EVAS Air) and Gander Flight Coaching, died Sunday. He was 69 years outdated.
“Pat’s brilliant gentle on this world was extinguished after a brave battle with lung illness. He was surrounded by his household, who had been with him till his closing breath,” mentioned an obituary the household posted by means of Stacey’s Funeral House.
EVAS Air gives air ambulance companies, chartered flights and cargo companies to and from Newfoundland and Labrador.
In accordance with its web site, EVAS Air began in 1992 with one airplane flying chartered flights within the province.

In lieu of flowers, the household is asking for donations to the youth group Norris Arm Boys and Ladies Membership or the Our Woman of Mount Carmel cemetery fund.
