It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Shawn Kelly who peacefully handed away at Lodge Dieu Grace Hospital after a brave battle with most cancers, on the age of 54.
Devoted husband of Renee and the late Shelley (2011).
Proud father of Serena (Curtis) and Connor.
Pricey son of Michael and Lisette Kelly (nee Gadoury) and son in legislation of Marcel (Deborah) Lefebvre, Denise (Ralph) Brosseau, and Jim (Marilyn) Verbeem (late Maureen Medel).
Brother of James and Derek (Tanya), and brother-in-law of Kiki (Dave), Damien (Emily), Greg (Alicia), Chris (Natalie), and Sue.
Sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, shut mates, and his loving canine Gracie.
Shawn might be dearly missed for his love of his household, ardour as a enterprise proprietor of Inventive Homescapes, his humorousness, generosity, compassion, and skill to attach with others. He loved {golfing}, snowboarding, sports activities automobiles, and his disappointments with the Toronto Maple Leafs (but a devoted fan).
Visitation might be held on Friday October 18, 2024 at Windsor Chapel Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd in Windsor from 2:00pm till 5:00pm and seven:00pm till 9:00pm. A funeral service will happen on the funeral house on Saturday October 19 at 11:00am with one hour of visitation previous to the service. Cremation will comply with the service.
Particular thanks to the medical doctors and nurses of Lodge Dieu Grace Hospital who assisted in Shawn’s care via his journey. Your kindness, care and compassion had been enormously appreciated.
