Emile Mourad passed away peacefully at the age of 75 on July 13, 2025. He is now reunited with his loving wife, Samira (2011). Emile was a devoted father to Mirna, Marc (Ruba), and Monique (Samir), and a proud grandfather to Taylor, Micayla, Nami Michael, Marissa, and Alex. He was also a caring brother to Amal, Nawal, and Nahed, and is predeceased by his brother Salim. Many nieces, nephews, and extended family will fondly remember him.

As a faithful man, Emile dedicated much of his time to St. Simeon Stylites Melkite Catholic Church. His quiet service and commitment were deeply appreciated there. Emile found great joy in taking care of his beautiful garden and was known for his kindness, loyalty, and gentle spirit.

With a warm heart, Emile often surprised loved ones with flowers “just because.” His welcoming smile and easygoing nature provided comfort to everyone who knew him. Always equipped with his camera, he cherished moments spent with family and friends-always ready to capture joyful memories. All who had the pleasure of knowing him will miss him dearly.

The family wishes to express gratitude to the entire staff at Windsor Regional Hospital – Metropolitan Campus as well as The Villages of Aspen Lake for their exceptional care and compassion.

Visitation will be held at St. Simeon Stylites Melkite Catholic Church (8700 Jerome St.) on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 from 6-9 pm. The Funeral Service will take place at St. Simeon Stylites Melkite Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 am followed by interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel (519-253-7235).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Emile may be made to St. Simeon Stylites Melkite Catholic Church. Online condolences and cherished memories can be shared with the family at www. windsorchapel. com
