bound by these Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be responsible for such use of the Services. Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and may reject, cancel, interrupt, remove or suspend any Campaigns, Donations, or Services at any time for any reason without liability.
Definitions: In these Terms and Conditions “Campaign Organizers” means those raising funds,
“Campaigns” refers to their fundraising efforts. Additionally, “Donors” refers to those contributing funds,
while “Donations” signifies those contributions. Campaign Organizers, Donors, and other visitors using our Services are referred collectively as “Users”. The term “Campaign Organizers” shall also include any individual(s) designated as beneficiaries of Campaigns.
Services: The Services provide a platform (the “Platform”) for Users.
Among other features, we aim to allow Campaign Organizers to post Campaigns on this Platform in order to accept Donations from Donors. Even though there aren’t fees involved in setting up Campaigns, a portion of each Donation will be charged as fees for our Services along with those charged by third-party payment processors. Company maintains its right to adjust or discontinue services temporarily or permanently with or without notice. You agree that Company won’t be liable for modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation. Company has no responsibility regarding deletion or failure in storing data maintained by our Services. When accessing via mobile devices, standard charges by your wireless carrier may apply alongside data rates. Additionally, downloading, installing, or using certain Services could be limited based on your carrier’s policies , and not all features may function properly across different carriers/devices. By utilizing our Services, you agree that we might communicate with you regarding Company matters through SMS, text messages , or other electronic methods via your mobile device which may involve information about how you engage with our services being shared back with us.
Charitable Giving: Please note that Campaigns aren’t charities eligible for tax-deductible contributions.
Any Donation processed through this Platform might go through an unrelated business partner who will deduct a processing fee (in addition to our Front Runner Professional Fee). You understand that Company isn’t a charity nor does it solicit donations on behalf of itself ©or third-party charitable organizations. Company simply acts as a payment facilitator related solely toward Donations made.
Administrative Platform Only: Our Service serves purely as an administrative platform only.
Company merely facilitates payments between Campaign Organizers and Donors while not becoming involved in agreements between them. We are neither brokers nor agents nor financial institutions nor creditors nor insurers towards users involved herewith. We hold no sway over actions performed by Campaign Organizers , therefore disclaiming responsibility entirely concerning it. We’re particularly clear about having zero liability regarding success rates pertaining towards campaigns. Ultimately it’s up each donor’s discretion whether they wish contribute toward campaigns accordingly. All donations happen willingly along choices taken voluntarily upon donors’ parts. We do not guarantee promise how donated amounts get used thereafter. Company holds no endorsements , assurances , representations , warranties linked quality issues surrounding campaigns either. Donors themselves need evaluate impacts their donations yield taxes purposes independently.
No Verification of Campaign Information: We won’t verify details submitted from campaign organizers , therefore don’t ensure that donations align according prescribed intentions outlined within campaign organizers statements. Our accountability remains absent when verifying if funds allocated correspond effectively laws applicable surrounding them.
Your Registration Obligations: You might have registration requirements when seeking access/certain functionalities relating back into services offered herewith. Should opting into register ; you commit providing accurate personal details aligning requested fields appearing during sign-up process. Campaign organizers must authenticate identities showing true self , including showcasing likenesses depicting themselves accurately. Registered info falls subject governed under privacy policy currently active here. If below thirteen year old – usage becomes unauthorized against company guidelines regardless registering.
