Clint Weaver

OBITUARY

Clint Michael Weaver, age 64, lived in Ontario, California for 38 years and passed away in Chino, California on March 14, 2025. He was born on June 27, 1960, in Monterey Park, California and was the seventh of eight siblings.

Clint was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kim; three sons: Gordon “Michael” (Jennifer), David (Kendahl), and Jonathan (Jessica); along with five grandchildren: Eleanor, Evan, Ethan, Cameron, and Paisley. Also surviving him are three brothers-Gordon “Bradford”, Judd, and Paul-and one sister named Kristin. Clint was preceded in death by an infant sister named Elaine as well as his father Gordon Rees Weaver, mother Sandra Louise Browne Smith Weaver Fossen, and brothers Steven and Scott.

A Celebration of Life service for Clint took place on May 3, 2025 at One&All Church in San Dimas, California. His ashes will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn-Covina Hills at a later date. Instead of flowers, contributions were made to St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and American Cancer Society.

For 38 years Clint worked as a union electrician and Inside Journeyman Wireman with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local Union 11 in District 6 around Los Angeles until his retirement in 2019. After retiring he bravely battled cancer but continued to live life to the fullest. He enjoyed riding his electric bike through local neighborhoods and spending time with family and friends-especially his grandchildren. His favorite title was “Grandpa.” Clint actively participated at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Ontario for over 25 years. As his family celebrates what would have been his 65th birthday this year, they will fondly remember Clint’s gentle humor.
