Christine Mc Eachern passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2011, at Southlake Regional Health Centre in her 77th year. She was the loving wife of the late David Mc Eachern. Proud and devoted mother of Michelle and her partner John Abbey, Barbara and her husband Paul Reid, Neil and his partner Loretta, Noel and Terry; she will be forever remembered by daughter-in-law Dianne Mc Eachern. Christine’s kindness and support will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Jeremy, Braden, Sam, Mark, Carter, Laughlan, and Amber. A memorial visitation is scheduled for Friday, February 25, 2011 from 7-9 p. m. at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel. In honor of Christine’s generous spirit-she always believed in helping good causes-the family kindly requests that donations be made to Collingwood Minor Hockey “New Ice” project, the Georgian Triangle Humane Society or a charity of choice instead of flowers.
