The Ministry of Pure Assets says the person from St. Helens pleaded responsible to careless looking and is banned from having any looking licences for a 12 months.
The ministry says that on June 5, conservation officers had been informed {that a} Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh worker was practically hit by a bullet that struck the city corridor in St. Helens.
An investigation concluded {that a} man had fired a rifle at a squirrel in his yard, capturing within the route of the principle intersection on the town.
The ministry says the bullet handed “inside toes” of the township worker earlier than putting the constructing.
The case was heard in a Goderich, Ont., court docket in August.
