The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking into a serious accident involving a vehicle and a cyclist in Oakville.
Authorities were alerted about the incident on Friday, May 29th, around 6:51 p. m., near Speers Road and St. Augustine Drive. The crash involved a white sedan and a cyclist.
The cyclist, who is a 43-year-old man, was taken to an out-of-region trauma center with serious injuries.
The reason for the collision is still being investigated.
