The 13th annual Oakville Festivals of Film & Art (OFFA) will take place from June 17th to June 27th, spreading across both Oakville and Burlington, Ontario.

During this ten-day event, over 100 films from Canada and around the world will be showcased, featuring genres like romance, comedy, and inspiring documentaries and shorts. Most screenings will occur in Oakville.

The Burlington segment of the Film Festival begins at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre with “Kickoff: the Beautiful Game on Screen.” This special OFFA launch focuses on how soccer brings communities together worldwide.

Burlington 2026 Red Carpet Gala Highlights:

Wednesday June 17th – Kickoff: The Beautiful Game on Screen

This exciting OFFA launch event in Burlington is scheduled for Wednesday, June 17th at 7:00 PM at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.

Highlights include freestyle soccer performances featuring acrobatic soccer artists and dancers, Dennis Thompson & friends, jugglers, soccer trivia games, and much more! There will also be door prizes and photo opportunities with soccer stars. Sponsored by Black and White Media, Burlington Economic Development & Tourism.
