A southern Ontario resident has been charged with impersonating a peace officer throughout a towing incident in northwestern Ontario earlier this yr.
At about 11:30 p.m. on April 26, Ontario Provincial Police responded to a motorcar collision on Freeway 17 within the Municipality of Machin.
