Heavy machinery leader signs multi-year agreement to supply heavy equipment and support construction of the inaugural 2026 street circuit
MARKHAM, Ontario (July 10, 2026) – The Ontario Honda Dealers Indy at Markham is excited to announce its new partnership with Brandt Tractor Ltd., which will serve as a founding partner and the official track build sponsor for the first event in Downtown Markham scheduled for August 14-16. This multi-year agreement establishes a lasting relationship between Brandt and Green Savoree Toronto ULC, the organization behind the new race event, both on and off the track.

As part of this multi-year deal, Brandt will provide a specialized fleet of heavy machinery and material-handling equipment from top brands like John Deere, Peterbilt, and Skyjack-including tractors, forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, wheeled excavators, scissor lifts, UTVs, and light towers-to aid in constructing the temporary street circuit and other vital infrastructure. This equipment will be crucial for transforming Markham’s city streets into a premier motorsport venue where it will be used to place 1,915 concrete blocks, erect the 4-meter-tall metal fencing for safety barriers, and assemble four new grandstands along with premium hospitality suites.

Track construction and repaving of road surfaces have already begun; installation of concrete blocks and fencing around the 12-turn, 3.52-kilometer (2.19-mile) circuit is set to start about one month before race weekend.
