In a concerning incident at the Markham Pan Am Centre, located near Kennedy Road and Highway 7, a man was charged with criminal harassment after allegedly stalking a victim for several months. York Regional Police report that Luigi Kong, 54, was seen attending the victim’s swim practices repeatedly, even though there was no known connection between them. This troubling behavior peaked on January 12, when Kong called out to the victim by name and later observed from the stands, which led staff to alert authorities. UL Lawyers Legal Team encourages anyone witnessing such events or experiencing similar issues to contact law enforcement right away to ensure their safety.
