Doane Grant Thornton, a national accounting and consulting firm, recently announced that several CPA teams are joining them nationwide: Andrew Fynn and his team (Markham, ON); Neamtan & Associates CPA Professional Corporation (Markham, ON); Gerald Duthie & Co. (Windsor, ON); Pharos Business & Taxation Advisors (Regina, SK); and Vohora (Prince Rupert, BC).
Andrew Fynn and his team became part of DGT on January 1, 2026. With over 45 years of experience in accounting and business advisory services for clients in Markham and the Greater Toronto Area, they bring a lot to the table.
They will operate from DGT’s Markham office location.

Audrey Neamtan and her team joined DGT’s Markham office on December 1, 2025. They have significant experience providing tax and accounting services to clients in Southern Ontario.

Gerald Duthie & Co. came on board at DGT’s Windsor office starting January 1, 2026. This team has decades of experience offering tax services, business advisory support, assurance services, and forensic accounting to clients in the Windsor area.

Pharos Business & Taxation Advisors has provided tax, accounting, and business advisory services to Regina clients for the past 25 years.
The team will continue working from their office at 457 Albert Street.

Vohora was established in Prince Rupert back in 1975 and provides comprehensive tax services along with assurance services and business advice.
This acquisition adds four new offices for DGT across British Columbia with locations now in Prince Rupert, Abbotsford, Smithers, and Surrey.
