None of these models are listed in Transport Canada’s pre-clearance documents, and BYD hasn’t revealed any information about their Canadian line-up or pricing yet. They have registered with Transport Canada but still need individual model approvals.

The version of the Sealion 06 intended for China isn’t the same as what BYD exports; this is sold domestically as the Song Plus. With a wheelbase measuring 2,820 mm-55 mm longer than its export counterpart’s 2,765 mm-it starts at around 129,900 CNY (about $27,700 CAD) for the plug-in hybrid variant and at approximately 159,900 CNY (around $34,100 CAD) for the EV version.
