Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) report that a driver has died following a two-vehicle accident that occurred Saturday east of London.
At about 9:47 a. m., emergency services were called to Beachville to handle a collision involving an SUV and a sedan on Beachville Road. According to police, a 21-year-old from Woodstock was declared dead at the scene.
The SUV driver and two passengers were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Beachville Road, between East Hill Line and George Street, was closed for some time but has since been reopened.
Police are looking into what caused the crash and are asking anyone with dash cam footage or information to reach out to them or Crime Stoppers.
