This year’s offerings include expanded programming, upgraded amenities, and more accessible pricing options across historic sites, campgrounds, and waterfront destinations.

The St. Lawrence Parks Commission is inviting everyone to check out a variety of summer activities along the St. Lawrence River as school wraps up and tourist season kicks in.

This year’s offerings include expanded programming, upgraded amenities, and more accessible pricing options across historic sites, campgrounds, and waterfront destinations.

Thanks to the Canada Strong Pass initiative, kids and youth aged 17 and under can get free admission to Fort Henry and Upper Canada Village. Young adults aged 18 to 24 can enjoy discounted entry until early September. The Library Pass Program has also expanded, now including over 55 libraries that offer free day passes.

Fort Henry and Upper Canada Village are enhancing visitor experiences with new programming, hands-on activities, and special seasonal events. Camping and outdoor recreation opportunities have also been increased at Parks of the St. Lawrence locations.

In the local area, Brown’s Bay remains a favorite spot for swimming, picnicking, and enjoying waterfront activities, providing visitors with a picturesque family-friendly getaway along the Thousand Islands Parkway.
