OTTAWA, Ontario (AP) — Canada’s labor minister introduced Friday he’s asking the Canada Industrial Relations Board to order about 55,000 putting Canada Submit workers again to work after a 4 week work stoppage that disrupted mail service in the course of the busy vacation season.
