In a troubling turn of events, Halton Regional Police have taken Mouhamad “Frank” Sabra into custody. He owns two vape shops in Burlington and faces allegations of sexual assault. The charges are linked to an incident at Vape on Plains II, located at 1376 Plains Rd. E., where a woman reportedly experienced an assault while alone with Sabra. He was arrested on Tuesday, September 9, 2026, and is charged with one count of sexual assault along with one count of not complying with a probation order.
Authorities suspect there could be additional victims and are asking anyone who has information to reach out to the Halton Regional Police’s Child Abuse and Sexual Assault (CASA) Unit. Sabra also runs another location, Vape on Plains, at 70 Plains Rd. W.
