Family and friends are remembering a younger woman from Ottawa shot and killed in Brampton as “full of life, laughter, happiness and pure joy.”

“On her worst days, she made sure everyone around her was always happy,” reads a web-based tribute to Khadija Charmant, a 22-year-old woman shot and killed in Brampton earlier this month.

Charmant, also called Marsha, was sitting in a parked automotive with 4 different ladies and one male round 6 a.m. on Oct. 19 when police say one other automobile pulled alongside them and somebody began taking pictures.
