A pedestrian is in important situation after officers say she was struck whereas crossing a Midland road.
Fireplace Chief Richard Renaud stated the girl was hit by a automotive travelling northbound on King Avenue early Wednesday afternoon.
Paramedics stated the 70-year-old woman was taken to an area hospital.
Police closed the world between Galloway Boulevard and Robert Avenue for the investigation.
Renaud urges motorists to “drive according to road conditions and be aware of increased pedestrian traffic on sidewalks and roadways during this stretch of mild weather.”
