The Barrie Construction Association (BCA) is gearing up to release its 19th Annual Magazine this September, continuing the tradition of highlighting exceptional projects and initiatives in Barrie and Simcoe County.

“This magazine is a celebration of the outstanding work our members are doing across the region,” said Alison Smith, BCA Executive Director. “It reaches the industry 365 days a year, through print, digital editions, and a dedicated website, giving our members’ work the recognition it deserves.”

New for 2026, the magazine will also be featured in the Ontario Construction News daily digital newspaper, reaching over 15,000 readers each day. The BCA has teamed up with the Construction News & Report Group to create and distribute this publication to more than 5,000 businesses throughout Ontario, including areas like the GTA, Hamilton-Halton, Niagara, and Simcoe County. The audience includes contractors, architects, engineers, building owners, government officials, and developers.

Smith highlighted how valuable member contributions are for this year’s edition. “We invite our members to contribute photos, guest editorials or advertising. Your advertising will be seamlessly integrated into the magazine and provides a unique opportunity to showcase your projects and your important contributions to our association.”

The special online edition will broaden the magazine’s reach to tens of thousands more readers via the BCA website and monthly newsletters.

Members who are interested in advertising or contributing to the 19th Annual Magazine can get in touch with Chase, President of the Construction News & Report Group at 905-341-8686 or ch***@********************ws. com
