Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 4, 2026) - Delta Resources Limited (TSXV: DLTA) (OTC Pink: DTARF) (FSE: 6GO1) ("Delta" or "the Company") is excited to share that it has kicked off its largest field exploration program ever at the flagship Delta-1 Gold Project, which is situated in the Shebandowan Greenstone Belt of northwestern Ontario. The exploration efforts for 2026 are carefully planned to tap into the substantial discovery potential across the Company’s extensive land holding of 340 km² while also advancing and expanding the Eureka Gold Deposit, where more drilling is scheduled for later this summer. Delta will focus on several high-priority targets, starting with initial field activities in the promising I-Zone / Crayfish Creek Fault area, located about 18 kilometres southwest of Eureka. This region boasts several positive historical and recent gold findings, including drill results of 3.28 g/t Au over 14.6 m reported by Inco Gold (1988-1989) and 4.32 g/t Au over 41 m, as well as other notable finds like 4.53 g/t Au over 14.4 m and 4.36 g/t Au over 20.4 m from Ovalbay (1995). Moreover, a mini-bulk sample weighing 1,000 kg with a grade of 9.9 g/t Au was taken by Mengold in 2008. Recently conducted channel sampling by Delta Resources (2024) yielded results such as 1.23 g/t Au over 40.6 m, which includes intervals of higher grades like 2.12 g/t Au over 12 m and even up to 3.39 g/t Au over a stretch of 5 m, alongside another segment showing grades of up to 5.54 g/t Au over a distance of about 16.2 m. Through recent prospecting and till sampling efforts combined with integrating historical geological, geophysical, and geochemical datasets, multiple new high-priority targets have been identified-further confirming the area's capacity for more gold discoveries (Figure 1). The exploration program will feature systematic geological mapping, prospecting activities, trenching work, and sampling known gold occurrences along with follow-up operations on newly discovered targets. This structured approach grounded in data aims to refine target definitions further prioritize the most promising areas while maximizing chances for new discoveries as the Company progresses towards its next phase of exploration success. Delta's exploration initiative is fully financed after successfully closing a $6,562,610 Charity-flow through financing at $0.245 on May 27, 2026. The Company's projected funding requirements for corporate needs over the next three years are bolstered by recently optioning its Delta-2 property in Chibougamau, Quebec to Troilus Mining ("TLG: TSX") for $8.25M while retaining a continuous royalty agreement capped at a rate of % NSR Royalty that finalized on February 17,20126. Ron Kopas , Chief Executive Officer of Delta commented: "Our upcoming exploration effort for this year is crafted to reveal value across the Delta-1 Project through systematically developing numerous high-priority targets. Recent analyses have revealed significant blue-sky opportunities within the highly prospective I-Zone-Crayfish Creek Fault corridor." "At Eureka Gold Deposit , we’re set to advance this deposit further via step-out drilling at both Eureka and Shabaqua , complemented by targeted infill drilling before our first mineral resource estimate later this year." "We’ll aim to shift our drilling focus early this autumn toward the I-Zone / Crayfish Creek Fault sector equipped with well-defined targets; we expect our drill rig will remain active throughout most of this year." "With strong financial backing , an expansive land portfolio , along with an exciting lineup of exploration prospects ahead , we're eager to begin what promises to be an action-packed season full of catalysts." In conjunction with these efforts , the Company remains dedicated to conducting environmental baseline studies , hydrological monitoring , metallurgical testing along with engaging stakeholders - all aimed at supporting long-term development goals for our Project. Exploration activities will persist throughout this field season while results will be shared as they come available." Figure 1.
