Irene Daley passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, her 95th birthday, at Thunder Bay Regional Hospital.

She is survived by her daughters Diane King, Linda Lockman, and Laurie Filbrandt, along with her son-in-law Richard Devall. Irene also leaves behind many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews who will always hold her memory dear.

Irene was predeceased by her loving husband Thomas; her mother Bertha Isabelle; her sisters Yvonne Walton and Laura Blow; her brother Edmond Isabelle; and her daughter Connie Devall.

A celebration of Irene’s life will take place later for family and close friends.

Her family will remember her for her strength, kindness, and the subtle ways she brightened the lives of those around her.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
