Tracey Moore passed away unexpectedly at the age of 36 on February 6, 2026. She was the loving wife and best friend of Adam. Tracey was a devoted mother to her daughters, Avery and Finley. She was a precious daughter to Russ and Linda Drouillard, and a daughter-in-law to Mike and Jennifer Moore. Tracey was also a dear sister to Rob Drouillard (Kelly) and sister-in-law to Greg Moore, as well as Eric Moore (Lexi Sobocan). As an aunt, she adored Remi, Rory, Savannah, and Hallie. She will be deeply missed by Grandma Rose and Grandpa Paul (2021) Gervais, Mim Viola (2017), Pip Leo (2008) Drouillard, Papa Mike Sr., Meme Shirley Moore, Nanny Barb, and Poppy Don (2025) Snyder. Many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and countless friends will remember Tracey fondly – especially her beloved dog Benny.

Tracey took great pride in her role as a caregiver and teacher. She dedicated herself to children with special needs with an effortless grace and patience that defined her character. Her ability to truly listen was extraordinary; whether it was a child in need or a friend seeking comfort, she offered her presence without judgment or haste. Tracey had a unique talent for noticing those who often went unseen by others. It became her quiet mission to make sure everyone felt included. Her compassion impacted many lives while her gentle spirit made the world more welcoming for those lucky enough to know her.

Her home served as her peaceful retreat where she felt most at ease. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of being outdoors: soaking up the sun’s warmth while laughter filled the air around her during relaxed conversations with family and friends. Those serene moments of connection brought joy that words couldn’t adequately express.

Above everything else, Tracey’s greatest happiness came from being part of her family. She wholeheartedly embraced motherhood for Avery and Finley-loving them fiercely without limits through every milestone or challenge they faced together on ordinary days too. As Adam’s wife, she created a nurturing environment filled with love and laughter; family meant everything to her-it was both her anchor in life as well as one of its greatest joys.

Tracey’s kindness alongside remarkable strength will always be remembered by all who knew her well enough to appreciate how valued they felt in their interactions together with this beautiful soul gone too soon! The love she shared leaves behind an enduring impact within not just those closest but even beyond-carried forward through memories held dear within hearts touched by this generous spirit!

The family wishes to thank the entire staff at London Health Sciences – University Hospital for their incredible support during Tracey’s treatment journey-caring for patients goes beyond just performing duties; it requires genuine dedication which they exemplified brilliantly throughout! Their kindness provided immense comfort amidst trying circumstances surrounding their loved one’s care-they showed deep concern exactly like how Tracey herself treated everyone around them kindly too! Special thanks go out again also towards everyone reaching out offering condolences prayers & support-the outpouring has been immensely appreciated providing strength when needed most; your warmth won’t be forgotten!

In accordance with Tracey’s wishes cremation has taken place already-a Memorial Visitation will happen at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME – BANWELL CHAPEL located at 11677 Tecumseh Rd E.(519-253-7235) this coming Friday February 13th from 2-5 pm & then again later that evening until visiting hours close down at nine o’clock PM followed up next day Saturday morning starting from nine thirty AM leading right into celebrating life itself commencing officially eleven AM sharp thereafter!

To honor what made Tracey so special donations may be made towards Autism Services Incorporated reflecting upon how much helping others mattered greatly throughout every aspect thereof! Online condolences along with cherished memories can also be shared easily via www. windsorchapel. com
