A 23-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving after police got several calls about a car stopped in the middle lane of a busy highway in Hamilton, Ont., late Thursday night.
According to a post by the police on social media, officers arrived at the westbound lanes of Highway 403 near Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway around 11 p. m. and found a man passed out behind the wheel.
After trying multiple times to wake him up without success, police broke a window to get inside and check on him.
