It is with great sadness that we share the news of Megan’s peaceful passing, surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, October 20, 2025, at Mississauga General Hospital following a brief illness. She was the daughter of Philip and Moya Haddad and married to Mark Burns from Mississauga. She was the sister of Dean Haddad and the late Karen Harvie. Aunt to Emily Harvie, Heather Harvie, and Cade Haddad. Niece of Rev. Michael Ryan, Tim Ryan, Barry Blackburn, Dan Ryan, Calvin and Maria Haddad, as well as Aunt Tootsie and Michael Harrington. She was also a daughter-in-law to Gloria and a sister-in-law to Patrick Burns and John Burns. Megan had many cousins across Canada and the USA who will miss her dearly. She worked as an account executive for On The Go Staffing in Mississauga. She attended F. J. Brennan High School and later went on to St. Clair College. Megan embraced life with passion and joy. She was kind-hearted towards her family, husband Mark, and everyone else she held dear in her life. A lover of the arts, she enjoyed painting as an amateur artist and often gifted her creations to friends and family members. Those who knew Megan will carry her memory in their hearts forever. Family and friends are invited to visit Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234) on Tuesday, October 28th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
