Gina passed away peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, surrounded by her family in her 85th year.

A dedicated member of St. Anne’s CWL and the Peterborough District Italian Club, Gina held faith, family, and community close to her heart throughout her life.

She was the loving wife of Romualdo “Ray” Nicoletti for 64 years. Devoted mother to the late Carmine Nicoletti, John Nicoletti, and Lori Nicoletti (Leonardo Giacalone). She was a proud Nonna to Marcus, Joseph, and Samuel.

Predeceased by her parents, Fedele Nicoletti and Laura (Soda) Nicoletti. Gina was the youngest sibling of the late Vincenzo Nicoletti, the late Eugenio Nicoletti (late Maria), the late Fiorina Pasqua (late Francesco), and the late Ruggiero Nicoletti. She will also be warmly remembered by her sister-in-law Ruth Nicoletti as well as many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough, on Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 1:00-4:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will take place on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM at ST. ANNE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 859 Barnardo Ave., Peterborough. Following this service will be entombment at Rosemount Memorial Gardens, 2551 Whittington Dr., Peterborough. A reception will follow afterwards at St. Anne’s Church Parish Hall.

In memory of Gina and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Fairhaven Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by her family. You can leave online condolences at www. highlandparkfuneralcentre. com.
