We are saddened to share the news of our dear mother, Violet M. Hurley, who was 100 years old and lived in Little Canada, MN.
She passed away quietly on December 9, 2025.
Violet was born on July 11, 1925 to Charles and Ione Bogie in Glenwood, MN. After finishing high school at Glenwood High School, she moved to St. Paul where she met her beloved husband, Patrick O. Hurley. Together they raised five children: Barbara, Patricia, Karen, Terry, and Robin.
She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Ione Bogie; her husband Patrick “Pat” Hurley; her son Terry Hurley; and her five brothers Clint, Dave, Jim, Wylee, and Gary Bogie.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 30 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church located at 380 E. Little Canada Road. There will be a visitation from 10-11 AM at the church.
