It is with great sorrow that the family of Tom Foley, age 90, announces his peaceful passing on Monday, December 1, 2025. He was a devoted husband to Kathleen (2006), with whom he shared a fulfilling life. He is survived by his daughters Marie (Tony) and Dana (Tony), as well as his grandsons Kody (Sisi), Dylan (Paige), Callum (Gail), and great grandson Charlie.

Tom was born into a caring Irish family that held a deep appreciation for books and knowledge. He arrived in Canada in 1956, encouraged Kathleen to join him in 1957, and they married in 1958. Tom loved his adopted home and was active within his church and community. He was a lifelong member of the Knights of Columbus, where he generously offered his construction skills during renovations at the Kof C hall and showcased his cooking talent at regular Communion breakfasts. He also played an important role as a founding member of the Rover Club and Carabram.

Tom had a passion for history, reading, and political discussions-interests he passed down through generations. He was always kind-hearted and generous. He exhibited patience and wisdom throughout his life. A quiet advocate for equality, he believed in the dignity of every individual. His humble nature will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Knights Table or the Alzheimer Society.
