The Ontario Hockey League (OHL) has revealed that the 2027 Connor Mc David OHL Top Prospects Game will take place at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre in Owen Sound on Wednesday, January 20, 2027.
This exciting event highlights the league’s top draft-eligible players in an East vs. West format and follows this week’s game in Peterborough for 2026. The inaugural game last year in Brantford drew almost 200 NHL scouts and featured a thrilling overtime finish, quickly marking this showcase as a must-see on the hockey calendar.
“Owen Sound holds a unique place in our league as a community that brings big-time energy and enthusiasm in a close-knit setting,” said OHL Commissioner Bryan Crawford. “The Attack have a passionate fan base and a long tradition of outstanding support for the OHL. The Bayshore will provide an electric atmosphere for our top prospects, and we know the Owen Sound community will embrace this opportunity to host NHL scouts and hockey fans from across the OHL.”
