We are saddened to share the news of Kenneth Francis Peltier’s passing, who left us peacefully on November 10, 2025, at the age of 76. Born on May 11, 1949, in Windsor, Kenneth’s life was filled with love, laughter, and a strong devotion to his family and community.

Kenneth was the beloved son of Raymond and Evelyn Peltier (Nee Bausoleil), both of whom have passed away. He is fondly remembered by his loving wife of 52 years, Debra Peltier (nee Digou), with whom he built a wonderful partnership starting on June 16, 1973, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Together they created a nurturing home where their two children, Christopher (Alicia) and Jillian (Chris), flourished. Kenneth took great pride in being a father and was an adoring grandfather to his cherished grandchildren, Marshall and Sullivan, who brought immense happiness into his life.

Kenneth dedicated over three decades to serving his community through Canada Post, where he earned a reputation for his kindness and dependability. His warm demeanor and easy-going nature made him friends with many people and a respected member of the Tecumseh community.

An enthusiastic biker, Kenneth enjoyed simple pleasures like watching boats sail by and attending car shows. He was proud to be part of the Windsor Model Yacht Club and the Tecumseh Slow Riders group where he shared his love for nature while forming lasting friendships.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents-in-law, Roland and Evelyn Digou, who embraced him into their family with warmth and affection. He leaves behind a legacy of loyalty and compassion that will continue through all those he impacted.

The family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Bagga from the Dialysis Team as well as Dr. Mikhail and everyone at Windsor Hospice for their exceptional care during Kenneth’s illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Windsor Hospice in honor of Kenneth’s memory along with appreciation for those who cared for him.

A funeral service celebrating Kenneth’s life will take place on November 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Windsor Chapel Banwell (11677 Tecumseh Road East, Windsor, ON), with visitation occurring the day before on November 13 from 2-5 PM and again from 7-9 PM. An inurnment will follow at Ste. Anne’s Cemetery.
