Brampton Man Charged After Highway Crash
A man from Brampton is facing charges after a three-car accident on an Ontario highway.
The OPP reported that the collision occurred around 11:30 a. m. on Sunday on Highway 9 in Kincardine, about 150 kilometers north of London.
According to investigators, one of the cars involved in the accident “crossed the centre line into the path of oncoming traffic.”
While three vehicles were part of the crash, police stated that there were no reported injuries.
Authorities indicated that one driver displayed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested.
The 21-year-old driver from Brampton has been charged with operation while impaired and is set to appear in court on Feb. 18.
