Mrs. Seija Liisa Noponen, age 78 years, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Christmas Day, Thursday December 25, 2025.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 10:30AM in the EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley St. at Algoma with Rev. Jari Lahtinen officiating. Interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM in the Everest Chapel.
The family kindly asks for those wishing to honor Seija’s memory to do so with flowers. She loved flowers and couldn’t enjoy her garden this past summer because of her health issues – she deserves to be surrounded by them.
