Ontario Provincial Police say the drivers of a transport truck and a automobile have been issued a number of fines over the weekend for taking a espresso break in a dwell site visitors lane on Freeway 417 in Ottawa.
Police say they got here throughout the truck and automobile on the freeway close to Moodie Drive shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday.
