Two ladies from Richmond Hill are charged with fraud and a Richmond Hill man is needed in reference to an immigration rip-off during which victims have been defrauded of greater than $40,000, York Regional Police say.
Police started investigating in 2022 after a complainant reported two people had dedicated fraud utilizing their firm title. Investigators discovered three suspects supplied visa and immigration companies to 2 victims from Markham.
